Does Kyra provide tailored packages?

For those seeking a unique experience, we offer customizable packages tailored to personal goals and preferences. Our wellness consultants are here to help you design the perfect journey.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Guests are welcome to arrive after 2:00 PM and are kindly asked to vacate their rooms by 12:00 PM on departure day.

What is your cancellation policy?

01. Full clearance of bill at the check-out time.
02. In case of any cancellation the GST on the advance payment will have to be retained.
03. If a booking is received from the Online Travel Agent (OTA), then the cancellation policy of that particular channel is applicable.
04. Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.
05. Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
06. Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
07. Credit/debit card/ Instamojo online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
08. The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
09. Carry the printout of the booking confirmation mail/receipt at the time of check-in.
10. In case of date change existing booking needs to be cancelled, see cancellation policy.
11.Reservation of rooms on new dates will be subject to availability.
