01. Full clearance of bill at the check-out time.
02. In case of any cancellation the GST on the advance payment will have to be retained.
03. If a booking is received from the Online Travel Agent (OTA), then the cancellation policy of that particular channel is applicable.
04. Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.
05. Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
06. Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
07. Credit/debit card/ Instamojo online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
08. The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
09. Carry the printout of the booking confirmation mail/receipt at the time of check-in.

11. Reservation of rooms on new dates will be subject to availability.
12. Cancellations made more than 15 days before the check-in date will be fully refunded.
13. Cancellations made between 3-14 days before check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
14. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or for no-shows.
