Booking and Cancellation Policy
We strive to make your experience at Kyra Wellness seamless and enjoyable. Please review our booking and cancellation policies below:
1. Booking Policy
- Reservations can be made online through www.kyrawellness.com, via email, or by phone.
- Full advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
- Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Special requests (e.g., dietary needs, room preferences) must be communicated at the time of booking. While we strive to accommodate these requests, they are not guaranteed.
- A security deposit will be collected at check-in or held on your credit card. This amount will be refunded at check-out or adjusted against any in-room dining, additional services availed, or any damages incurred during the stay.
2. Wellness Package Policy
- Some wellness packages may have a minimum stay requirement. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
- Wellness-specific inclusions such as yoga sessions, spa treatments, or nutrition consultations must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 15 days before the check-in date will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made between 3-14 days before check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or for no-shows.
- Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 3% extra.
- The modification/cancellation request for bookings made online will be processed automatically through the Internet Booking Engine. Any refund due shall be done through the system in accordance with the applicable modification/cancellation rules. In case of rebooking, a rate difference may be payable for the change as per the rate applicable for the rebooked date/ room type and subject to availability.
- The refund of the reservation done by the Travel Agent will be processed by the issuing Travel Agent only and no refund will be admissible online.
- Any additional charges or rate difference for the modified reservation can be paid through the same payment mode/card as used for the original reservation.
- If non-cancellable booking (s) are cancelled, the client shall not be refunded the amount paid towards making the reservation(s).
- In case of early checkout, you are liable to pay for the entire confirmed reservation. If you are not sure of the policy, contact Reservation Desk for clarification.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
- Standard Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

- For a seamless departure, ensure all personal belongings are collected before check-out.
5. Modifications
- Changes to reservations are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the original check-in date.
- Additional charges may apply for modifications.
6. Late Arrivals and Missed Activities
- Late arrivals or missed wellness sessions due to personal reasons cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
7. Early Departure
- No refunds will be provided for early check-outs or unused services.
8. Group Bookings
- For group bookings of more than 5 rooms, a separate cancellation policy may apply. Please contact us for details.
9. Right to Admission and Cancellation
- Kyra Wellness reserves the right to admission and may cancel any booking without prior notice in case of unforeseen circumstances or violations of policies.
